[Am I OK?]
MIOK
Many family carers in NSW provide daily care for a loved one with a significant disability, medical condition, or who is frail aged. Is this you? Our quality, easy-access support might help!
Carers often put their life on hold to devote themselves to managing a demanding household, attending appointments, and doing their best to handle the emotional weight of an uncertain future.
So…
Whilst the funding focus is on the carer’s client, MIOK MENTORING complements the limited help available for carers. MIOK challenges carers with the question, “Am I ok?”
Through mentoring, we Make It OK.
